「視覺藝術教育組」 is a private service group. The name given is based on the nature of work and services provided to the community. The owner is a charity worker and service provider relating to educational aspects for enhancing quality of life, using art and others, especially Chinese painting and  caligraphy, as a vehicle for art therapy applied to certain needy people in the under-privileged community.   We believe everyone is equal and help escalating the quality of life is important in the under-privileged groups allowing them to have an opportunity to enjoy their life the same as everyone else.
